Creating an account is easy:

1. Click on "Register" in the top navigation
2. Fill in your basic details (name, email, password)
3. Verify your email address
4. Complete your profile with personal and family information
5. Upload your photo
6. Wait for admin approval (usually within 24 hours)

To edit your profile:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Dashboard → Edit Profile
3. Update the information you want to change
4. Click "Save Changes"

Note: Some changes may require admin approval.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Check your email for a password reset link
5. Click the link and set a new password

To upload photos:

1. Go to Dashboard → My Photos
2. Click "Upload Photo"
3. Select a photo from your device (JPG, PNG, max 5MB)
4. Choose if you want to make it your profile photo
5. Set visibility (public or members only)

Free members can upload up to 3 photos. Premium members get unlimited uploads.

To search for matches:

1. Go to "Browse Profiles" from the main menu
2. Use filters like age, religion, education, location
3. Click "Search" to see results
4. Click on any profile to view full details

To send a match request:

1. View the profile you're interested in
2. Click "Send Match Request"
3. Add a personal message (optional but recommended)
4. Click "Send Request"

Free members can send 5 requests per month. Premium members get unlimited requests.

When you receive a match request:

1. You'll receive a notification in your dashboard
2. You can view the sender's profile
3. You have the option to Accept or Decline the request
4. If you accept, you can start messaging each other
5. If you decline, the sender will be notified

You can message users only after:

• Your match request is accepted, OR
• You accept their match request

Free members can send 10 messages per day. Premium members get unlimited messaging.

We offer three membership plans:

• Free: Basic profile, limited matches, 5 match requests/month, 10 messages/day
• Premium: Unlimited match requests, unlimited messaging, priority support
• VIP: All Premium features + highlighted profile, advanced search, profile verification badge

To upgrade your membership:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Dashboard → Upgrade Membership
3. Choose your desired plan
4. Complete the payment process
5. Your account will be upgraded immediately

All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime:

1. Go to Dashboard → Subscription
2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
3. Confirm your cancellation

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Yes, we take your privacy and security seriously:

• All data is encrypted using SSL technology
• We never share your personal information with third parties
• You control who can see your profile and photos
• We have strict verification processes

If you encounter suspicious activity:

1. Click the "Report" button on the user's profile
2. Select the reason for reporting
3. Provide details about the issue
4. Our team will investigate within 24 hours

Yes, you can block any user:

1. Go to their profile
2. Click "Block User"
3. Confirm the action

Blocked users cannot view your profile, send you messages, or send match requests.
